Contact us for more information regarding the Practical Karate Association’s regular self defence training in DART Karate! Please use the form below to send us a message about yourself.

We are now open to accepting new adult and teenage students at our evening classes (no younger children) from January 2024. Contact us to arrange to come and watch a training session at Wycombe Leisure Centre or to take a trial month next year.

We are happy to discuss our approaches to Self Protection and to support others who feel they have similar aims. You can contact us here using the form above, or follow us on our facebook page to watch our training methods and ask us questions there. We also have an instagram page where we regularly publish pictures of classes and short training videos. We regularly update both facebook and instagram with media from our classes.

All our classes are run by fully insured instructors who undergo regular safeguarding training and hold regularly renewed Enhanced DBS Certificates. There will be a First Aid qualified Instructor at every class. You can learn more about our Instructor team here.
